There are so many ways to get involved at Church Alive! We recommend anyone new to the church to begin using our base path as a general guideline. This is an efficient way to guide the development of a believer from spiritual infant to equipped to minister. Additionally, our opportunities page defines different areas through which you may like to serve others.
The truth of the matter is, there is no perfect church. The church is made up of human beings who realize that they are flawed, therefore needing Christ’s redemptive power. We then follow Christ and His examples with all that is in us, yet simultaneously we stay cognitively aware that our perfect being remains only in Christ.
Mike and Sheri Schaefer are a Pastoral team located in Albuquerque NM. They are graduates of Rhema Bible College, and have thirty years of experience in ministry. They started Church Alive! just over ten years ago and have been diligently reaching out to others to strengthen and encourage. They are currently focused on equipping believers to be effective ministers themselves; and are prepared for meet you personally to help develop your God given purpose.
The Influence is the young adult group which meets on Wednesday’s at the church building. Led by Pastors Kanoa and Nicole Kamauoha, they have grown together into a very exciting group of young adults. Many former attendees grow older, but not out of the group. Their passion continues, and they enjoy a supporting ministry role with Pastors Kanoa and Nicole. If you have a young adult, and wish to see them have a heart for the Lord, bring them to the Influence, and know they are in good care.
